The AIOSchema specification is licensed under CC-BY 4.0. Reference implementations are licensed under Apache 2.0. These licenses cover the specification text and reference implementations only.

All other content on the Site is protected by applicable copyright and may not be reproduced except as permitted by the relevant license.

2a. Trademark Notice

The name AIOSchema™ and the ◈™ mark are trademarks of Ovidiu Ancuta. These marks are not covered by the CC-BY 4.0 or Apache 2.0 licenses. No right or license to use these marks is granted by accessing this Site or implementing the standard. Use of the name “AIOSchema” does not imply endorsement.

3. No Warranties

The Site, the specification, and all related materials are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability for any purpose. Use of the Site and the standard is at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIOSchema.org and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business or profits, security incidents, or reliance on the Site or the standard. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site may contain links to external websites or repositories, including GitHub. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
